DESCRIPTION
Palak paneer, an Indian vegetarian delight, unites the goodness of spinach (Palak) and the richness of cottage cheese (Paneer). An onion-based gravy, flavored with Palak, garlic, green chili, and cumin, it is a treat for the senses!
400g Palak puree
200g paneer cut into 1-inch cubes
2 medium/100g tomato puree
1 medium onion chopped
50g Suhana Palak Paneer
4 tbsp oil
1 cup/200ml water
Make a paste of Suhana Palak Paneer Mix and 1/2 cup of water
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, and sautee for 2-3 minutes
Add tomato puree and cook till oil oozes out
Add the paste and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add Palak puree and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add water, paneer and cook till the gravy thickens
Garnish with cream and butter and serve hot.
