DESCRIPTION

Litsea cubeba essential oil is extracted from the fruits of Litsea cubeba plants that are found in the tropical areas. It is an evergreen plant of 5 to 12 meters high. It is also known as Atayal aborigines in Taiwan and mountain pepper in Maqaw and Mandarin.  This oil can also be extracted from the leaves of Litsae cubeba of low quality. This is the reason why we provide only the Litsea cubeba oil that is extracted through the fresh fruits. 

This essential oil is popular for the treatment number of diseases. Pure and natural oil of Litsea cubeba has excellent antibiotic, anti-infectious, antidepressant, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory therapeutic properties. It is widely used in cosmetic industry due to its unique aroma. Litsea cubeba essential oil is also used in the perfume industry for the production of unique fragrance.

Litsea cubeba essential oil generally blends well with the essential oil such as bay, black pepper, Basil, cardamom, cedarwood, clary sage, cypress, coriander, chamomile, eucalyptus, geranium, frankincense, ginger, palmarosa, juniper, grapefruit, orange and marjoram.  Due to its excellent insect repellent properties, it is widely used by the people to stay away from the insects.

Aroma	This essential oil has an attractive crisp and citrus aroma.
Integrants	The main components of this essential oil are dimethyl, alpha-cis-ocimene and n- transnerolidol.
Therapeutic Properties	Therapeutic properties of this amazing oil are astringent, antiseptic, hypertensive, stimulant, insecticide and tonic.
Blends Well With	Litsea cubeba essential oil blends well with geranium, ginger, basil, jasmine, rosewood and ylang-ylang oil.
Precautions	It is recommended to not to use this essential oil during the pregnancy phase.
