Pressure cook 500 g of vegetables, like potato, green peas, cauliflower and tomato with 1 cup of water (250 ml) for 2-3 whistles. Mash and keep aside. In a medium Sized vessel, saute 1 medium sized chopped capsicum in 2 tsps butter for 2-3 minutes. Whisk the entire contents of Pav Bhaji Mix in ½ Cup of water (150 ml). Cook for a few minutes. Add mashed vegetables with 1 cup of water (250 ml). Stir and simmer covered for 3-4 minutes.
